Brian Clough, Middlesbrough
Bronze, 7 ft high
Commissioned by a Memorial Committee and partly funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, this sculpture portrays Brian Clough in his mid-20s, as a high-scoring footballer. It is installed in Albert Park, Middlesbrough, through which Clough used to jog on his way to the Football ground at Ayresome Park.
